Terry Frost - Owner

Terry founded RPC in 1998. For 35 years his background was in Manufacturing, Engineering & Sales. He sold his interest in a equipment manufacturing company in Spokane and planned to retire. After retiring he spent a few years landscaping at his residence. This is when he decided that there was a need for boulder retaining walls. With the help of a few friends they engineered a very productive rock placing truck which made the large boulder retaining walls cost lower than any other concrete product.

                                   Guy Smith - Lead Operator

Guy has been with RPC since it was founded in 1998. He is the lead operator and trains incoming operators. He comes from a background in landscaping.

                   Ryan Yeoman - Sales & Project Manager

Ryan joined RPC in 2000. He mainly handles commercial sales and is in charge of scheduling. He has been in the industry for 15 years. Ryan has a Bachelors Degree from WSU.

                             Darin Petty - Sales & Marketing

Darin joined RPC in 2005. He handles all of our out of town sales along with the purchasing of our rock products. From 1995-2005 he was Owner/Sales Manager of Spokane Pro Care.

                            Lisa Clarizio - Office Manager

Lisa has been with RPC since it opened in 1998. She is our Office Manager and also does Inside Sales. 

             We also have a crew of eight, that top off our talented staff.
